Yes. Keep your large-platform listings for finding new guests and use Brevity Bookings for the people who already know you. Coming next: guest card payments and calendar sharing. These are not yet available for new owners; join the waitlist for launch updates.
Only people you approve. Property access is private and invite-gated. Roles and permissions let you decide what guests, cleaners, maintenance helpers and finance users can see or change. New owner signup is not open yet; the waitlist is the place to hear when it opens.
Yes. Booking income, cleaning and maintenance use service dates so reports run from 1 July to 30 June. You can review the ledger and export it for your accountant. Brevity Bookings organises the records, but it does not replace accounting or tax advice.
Billing is monthly or quarterly, whichever you pick. Cancel any time from the Account screen and export your data in full as CSV. No retention clauses, no lock-in contract, no call with a sales rep to get out.
